About Peaklance

We got tired of agencies that treat creators like ad inventory.

Peaklance exists because the two of us spent years on the other side of the table - casting, producing, and posting - before we ever ran an agency. That changes how you plan a campaign. It's why "The only way up" isn't a slogan we picked; it's the standard we hold every brief to.

How we started

Built by operators, not media buyers.

Most influencer agencies are staffed by people who've never briefed a creator, shot a UGC ad, or watched a campaign's retention curve fall off a cliff at second three. We had - so when we started Peaklance, we built it around the parts of the process that actually decide whether a campaign works: casting for genuine fit, briefing for the platform instead of the deck, and treating distribution as part of the creative, not an afterthought.

That's the whole pitch. No jargon about "synergy" or "360 ecosystems" - just a small team that knows what a good brief looks like, and a roster of creators who trust us enough to say yes to it.

How we work

Four things we won't compromise on.

Craft over volume

Fewer creators, briefed properly, beats a hundred generic posts.

Fit over reach

A smaller creator whose audience actually trusts them outperforms a bigger one who doesn't fit.

Data over vibes

Every campaign reports against a number you agreed on before it launched.

Direct over layered

You talk to the people running your campaign, not an account manager three layers removed.

Founder-led

When you email Peaklance, Tyle or Ethan answers - not a ticket queue.

We keep the team small on purpose. It means every brief gets real attention, and it means the people who founded this agency are the same people reviewing your creative.
